I, as well as many others, have only been able to receive my pre-order item on the first character I logged into. I casually logged into one of my beta characters to see if he was still intact, which of course he wasn't, then when I went to log into the character I actually wanted the hammer on, he didn't receive it. If we're only allowed to get the item on the first character we logged into, they should have made that ABUNDANTLY clear.

Same here. I thought it was all characters on your account. now may ranger doesnt have a bow =(

I think it's not really a bug, but rather a very evil design decision.

Hopefully they'll change how it works and start giving auto-customized preorder items for ALL characters on the account you make. That's basically the only way they can repair that mistake now, that I can see.

I thought the same and wished to redesign my Necro so now I have no Prism's on my account.

Not exactly worthwhile getting the pre-order seeing as I only got into the last BWE.

Hope this isn't how most of the game goes.
